Der Brunch ist eine köstliche Mischung aus Frühstück und Mittagessen und findet vormittags meist ab 10/11Uhr statt. Obst, Joghurt, Müsli, Pfannkuchen, Croissant, Bretzeln, Käse, Aufschnitt, Foccaccia, Omelette, Salate, klassisches Bruschetta, Tapas mit Hummus, Avocado, Pilz-, Thunfisch-, Lachspatè, Krabbencocktail, Polenta und noch vieles mehr……
Als Getränke werden Kaffee, Tee, Orangensaft, Smoothies…und vielleicht eine Flasche Prosecco gereicht.
Sollte der Brunch an einem Ort ohne Küche stattfinden, bringe ich alles Notwendige mit um die Speisen zuzubereiten und aufzuwärmen. Natürlich auch Teller, Gläser, Besteck und andere benötigte Sachen.
Der Preis pro Person beginnt bei 15€ und ist abhängig von der Personenanzahl, der Komplexität der Vorbereitungen, sowie der Lokalität. Die Lebensmittel und Getränke werden extra berechnet. Kontaktieren Sie mich bitte für einen genauen Kostenvoranschlag.

The brunch is a delicious mixture of breakfast and lunch and usually takes place from 10/11 in the morning. Fruit, yoghurt, muesli, pancakes, croissants, pretzels, cheese, cold cuts, foccaccia, omelettes, salads, classic bruschetta, tapas with hummus, avocado, mushroom, tuna, salmon spade, crab cocktail, polenta and much more.
Coffee, tea, orange juice, smoothies. . . and maybe a bottle of Prosecco are served as drinks.
Should the brunch take place in a place without a kitchen, I will bring everything necessary to prepare and warm up the food. Plates, of course, Glasses, cutlery and other necessary things.
The price per person starts at 15€ and depends on the number of persons, the complexity of the preparations, as well as the location. Food and drinks will be charged extra. Please contact me for a detailed quote.
